**About the job**

The People Development team’s goal is to support managers and Scalers in their day-to-day work on the following topics: career development, training, compensation and benefits. Our mission is to create the right conditions for performance, retention and well-being.

Reporting to the Head of People Development, you will play an essential role in building a fair and competitive compensation strategy. We are growing fast and we will need your help to improve processes and set the foundation for our future growth at Scaleway.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 3 years experience minimum in a Compensation and Benefits role, ideally within an engineering/tech organization
- You can stay focused and flexible in a challenging environment, and you are motivated by change
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Analytical and data-oriented mindset, data processing skills
- Very good command of English and French

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, evaluate and ensure competitiveness of our compensation and benefits policy
- Deploy a transparent salary policy and support HR and our employees on compensation topics
- Deploy the annual compensation review process and work closely with the Finance team
- Track compensation and benefits benchmark data
- Identify trends and implement new practices to motivate our employees

**Location**

Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), full remote is possible

**Salary range**

Seniority level: Professional
- 39,000 - 56,000+ EUR per year
