You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- W_ithin the World Finance Department, you will participate in the preparation and analysis of the Sephora Group's IFRS consolidated accounts (approximately 50 consolidated entities across the world)._
- As Consolidation manager, you animate a team of 2 consolidation analysts._
- The consolidation team is responsible for the production of the Group's consolidated accounts by working in a transversal and coordinated manner on all aspects of the closing process for Actuals and previsions, namely:_
- _ Continuous improvement of the Group financial processes (accounting principles manual, IFRS16, Consolidation tool SAP- BFC regular enhancements, calendar, instructions) _
- _Participating in development projects on the consolidation software SAP- BFC_
- _ Controlling the quality and compliance of financial information reported by subsidiaries_
- _ Analytical review and economic analysis of the main financial indicators, focusing on Cash Flow Statement (TVT) and balance sheets_
- _ Central determination of IFRS adjustments entries and their follow-up_
- _ Elaborate accounting treatment of changes in the scope of consolidation and the reliability of the related financial impacts_
- _ Deliver assistance and expertise to the subsidiaries that you will support in their development or during specific operations._

- _The applicant must have a 5-year degree (business school or university equivalent, Master 2 in management/finance, DSCG...),_
- _ You have at least 8 years of experience, ideally acquired in an audit firm during audit missions of consolidated accounts and / or a similar experience within the consolidation department of a large international group._
- _ Knowledge of accounting and finance, consolidation techniques_
- _ You will be able to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills and be a good communicator._
- _ Good knowledge of Excel_
- _ Ability to work in a team, including with foreign contacts_
- _ Fluent English essential_
- Knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude) would be a plus._
- Position (CDI) based in Neuilly-sur-Seine._
