CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.
MISSION
**You shall**:
Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.
RESPONSABILITIES
1.Project coordination
Assist Project Managers and Project Leaders during the preparation of the dry docks and retrofits (pre-surveys, diving inspections, technical specifications );
**Follow up the**:
approval process of the projects (DAI, EDD )
handover and close-out process of the projects
project invoices and payments, in liaison with Finance department.
Check the monthly payroll and expenses reporting of the site offices.
Maintain the roster plan of the Global Project Managers.
**Assist**:
for site offices manning & contracts;
management during the preparation of the budget.
Participate to the weekly internal meetings for drydocks and projects reviews together with Fleet Deployment dpt, Lines, Fleet Management.
2.Administration, documentation management & communication
Organize and follow-up dedicated TeamSite, network and mailboxes.
Record and follow projects documents.
Issue periodical department reporting.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent English
Competent with various software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Experience
3 years experience in Project management;
Experience in Shipmanagement is appreciated.
Personal attributes
Analytical skills;
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills;
Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment;
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible to changing priorities;
Rigor and method.
