**KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE**
Robust and strategic digital marketing strategies are at the centre of our and our artist worlds as we build and shape their music careers. As the Digital Marketing Manager for our Regional Label you are responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing plans for Warner Music Asia's Regional Label - a new record label founded to support Asian artists and develop their careers and nurture fans across the whole Asia region.
You're able to conceive and execute impactful fan-centric experiences across Social platforms, create meaningful YouTube music channels, manage digital campaigns, and take a data-driven approach to increase streaming, views and revenue for our artists.
With an analytical approach, you can quickly identify opportunities, adopt a test-and-learn approach to try, test and learn quickly - constantly evolving and meeting the dynamic needs of the music industry.
Furthermore, you are a also point person in tandem with Marketing Director for Digital Service Providers such as Apple Music, Spotify and are at the front of showcasing our Regional artists' visions and stories through their music.
In a hands-on role you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example. You steer through expertise and deliver on best practices that lead to breaking more artists, driving market share, and hitting revenue targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Guide, and manage artist-first paid media campaigns across platforms. Trial and test new marketing formats, creative and technology partners. Manage artist campaign budgets.
- Provide social media and content guidance and best practices to our Regional artists and their management teams, ensuring a focus on growth and engagement. Monitoring results and providing timely recommendations in order to hit KPIs.
- Guide, manage, and evolve our Regional artists' YouTube strategies to deliver on channel growth goals and revenue targets. Identify channel opportunities for Artist development.
- Build and craft a compelling story behind our Regional artists and their music with the Regional Label team to make a successful pitch to DSPs.
**Innovation and Adoption**
- Lead the charge in creating and implementing effective and new experiences for fans and audiences utilizing technology with existing and new digital platforms, with measured KPIs to validate the success of each campaign.
- Identify and integrate new tools to either give Warner Regional Label the competitive edge or improve efficiencies. Manage and ensure a positive adoption rate.
- Form joint business partnerships with our key digital platforms to help deliver on business goals and objectives.
- Ensure competitiveness by keeping up to date with new and innovative platforms locally, regionally, and globally building new relationships.
**Market Integration**
- Work hand in hand with the Regional team on the rollout of Global strategies to integrate them into the nuances of the market. Similarly, feedback into global on regional initiatives and strategies for support and integration.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital marketing.
- Strong drive to achieve desired business results.
- Technically sound with a strong understanding of current and future technologies.
- Expert level understanding of interactive technologies and communication tools including social networks and content marketing.
- Strong experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience executing paid media campaigns, ad buying and evolving practices.
- Existing relationships with digital platforms / online partners and brand relationships a plus.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate and develop strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Passionate about working in a fast paced, positively charged environment that focuses on delivering business results.
- Regional experience preferred with an understanding of cross-market practices and audience preferences.
