We are looking for a Deployment Manager eMobility to join our E.ON Drive France team in Levallois-Perret as soon as possible. We seek a talented, business-oriented professional who can autonomously manage all phases of new site development processes in order to establish a premium pan European ultra-fast charging network in France.

The Deployment Manager is in charge of program coordination of all deployment phases of the UFC stations including construction feasibility diligence, layout and design, utility design, planning, permitting, construction, and site commissioning.

Vos missions
- Manage all aspects of site development, including support the commercial site manager in identifying suitable locations, planning, securing permits, and coordinating with construction teams.
- Oversee grid connection activities, working closely with utility providers to ensure a reliable power supply for our charging stations.
- Collaborate with civil engineering teams to ensure the proper foundation and infrastructure for charging stations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including progress reports and timelines as well as efficiently manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of site development projects.
- Coordinate the handover of completed sites to the operations team, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date for reference and compliance purposes.

Vos compétences
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience of project management in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development.
- Strong understanding of AC and DC power, transformers, circuit protection, single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Flexibility to travel for site visits and partner discussions (driver’s license required).
- Fluent in French and English, another European language is a plus.
