Project Manager, Business Transformation

INSEAD is currently looking for a Project Manager, Business Transformation within the Chief Marketing Officer Department (CMO) to join our Fontainebleau Campus in France. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Working on TRANSFORMATION & CHANGE demands a mix of project management and change management knowledge with business process re-engineering. A broader understanding of business functions (Marketing, Sales, Operations and Delivery) connected through process and technologies is essential. We are running multiple digital transformation projects to be able to streamline and simplify backend business operations of Marketing/Sales/Operation/Delivery function and at the same time build a connected customer experience through self-service customer portals.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:
Manage and co-ordinate multiple CHANGE projects running within business by tracking project progress and risks to mitigate on business side. It will be a combination of Technology and Business Process Re-engineering related projects
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Be an internal Change Manager working with different project leads and develop To-Be processes cutting across functions. Deliver “process driven capabilities” i.e. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operational activities and efficiencies, which would help optimize and scale up business operations.
Develop user manuals, training materials, process flows, and other documents as needed to enable successful adoption of projects and alignment between functions through People, Process and Technology
Creating communication and training plans with different project leads to enable smooth implementation and manage interdependencies
Meeting with different project team members to identify and resolve issues
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information from different project and connect the inter-dependencies
Implement and deliver Quick Wins on business process optimisation to gain efficiency for Business Development and Operations delivery
Establishing effective project communication plans with different stakeholders and ensuring their execution
To be successful in this role, you should have
A bachelor’s degree or master's degree related field like Business Operations, Engineering, Project management
Agile and problem-solving mind set, being able to handle uncertainty and adjust according to changing business environment and needs
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience preferably in Business Process Re-engineering, Business operations project management or ERP related project management
Proven experience as a Project Management and Change Manager
Customer oriented and open to working with people from diverse background and culture.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Have relevant digital & technology know-how - CRM / Project management tool /process document tools / presentations
