Your mission
- Technological consulting of customers and colleagues in the Account Management for ESS product and project
- Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation for ESS project
- Technical Document Management
- 1st level customer support
- Supervision of test
- and certification procedures
- Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition
- Customer visits in France
- Regular visits to the Chinese headquarter
**Profile**:
- Technical Background and experience in ESS product and/or field
- Fluent In English
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented
