**Duties**:
Incumbent coordinates all Post background investigations/certifications for Locally Employed Staff, unpaid LES interns, Overseas Summer Hire Program (OSHP) contractors, ORE, Member of Household (MOH) and domestic staff. The position also performs backup Office Management Specialist (OMS) duties when the OMS is on leave and away from Post. The support provided to Post includes the Joint-Missions, two Consulates General, four American Presence Posts, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's laboratory in Montpellier, American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) HQ and all ABMC sites in France.

EXPERIENCE: Three years of administrative or secretarial experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary education is required.
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE (THIS WILL BE TESTED): English - Speaking/Reading/Writing - Level 4 is required.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
