**Descriptif du poste**:
Rattaché(e) au responsable SPM, vous êtes en charge de la mesure et de l’optimisation de la performance des fournisseurs ROXEL de son panel, notamment au regard des délais et de la qualité. Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié dans l’évaluation initiale d’un fournisseur et devrez fournir des avis motivés lors des préparations des commissions de choix fournisseurs.

Dans ce cadre vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes:

- Vous assurez le pilotage des revues de performance fournisseur (animation, mise en place et suivi des actions),
- Vous êtes en charge de la mesure (intrinsèque et extrinsèque) et de la diffusion des scorecards fournisseurs, au travers notamment de l’évaluation des risques fournisseurs, de la mesure des paramètres de performance et de la maturité industrielle des principaux fournisseurs de votre panel,
- Vous participez activement à l’évaluation finale des fournisseurs ainsi qu’aux commissions de choix fournisseur,
- Vous êtes responsable de la coordination des actions lors des crises fournisseurs.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation BAC+5 de type Ingénieur ou Master avec une spécialisation Supply Chain et/ou Achats et vous bénéficiez idéalement d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire ou dans un service Achats.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre dynamisme, votre sens du leadership et votre capacité à prendre du recul pour réaliser des évaluations pertinentes de la maturité industrielle des fournisseurs, détecter les éventuels risques et mettre en place les plans d’actions correspondants?

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents afin de réaliser les audits chez les fournisseurs.
