**Our Team**

The mission of Zenchef's CRM Team is to ensure that we maximize the power of Salesforce to increase the efficiency of operational teams (Marketing, Sales, Onboarders, Account Managers, Billing) and free up valuable time to allow them to focus on bringing value to our customers and driving revenue growth.

**Your Role**

As a Saleforce Administrator, your role will be to maintain and improve our Salesforce platform and make sure that it is able to keep up with Zenchef's rapid growth.

To this end, you'll work hand-in-hand with Revenue Operations Managers who gather requirements from our users, to design technical specifications and implement new workflows.

**Key Missions**
- You manage the structure of our user base (user metadata, roles, profiles, hierarchy, etc)
- You manage and process user requests (tickets, priority management, etc)
- You help train new and existing users on Salesforce
- You manage Salesforce integrations with Chargebee, Ringover, Zenchef Back-Office, etc
- You are in charge of the continuous improvement of the user experience (Flow, Process Builder, Record Types)
- You work on structuring projects to improve our processes and seek user autonomy
- You audit our tools and keep up to date with new solutions that come on the market
- You are creative and find solutions to make life easier for more than 40 daily users, from lead gen to renewal

**What we're looking for**
- You have at least 3 years experience in an equivalent position
- Salesforce and Apex have no secrets for you (SQL and experience in a programming language are a plus)
- You like to solve problems, you are constantly looking for improvement and you like to think outside the box
- You are a strong team player
- You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
