**Your purpose**:
You are here to strengthen Zenchef’s internal operations by supporting our Salesforce CRM, a key tool used daily by over 150 team members across Europe. As a Salesforce Administrator Intern, your mission is to help users work more efficiently by improving our systems, solving real business problems, and gaining hands-on experience with the most powerful CRM in the industry. You’ll learn how to manage a production system, assist teams across departments, and contribute to our mission of empowering restaurants to thrive.
**‍ Your team**:
You’ll join the Operations team, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to optimizing internal tools and processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support. You’ll work closely with two experienced Salesforce Admins, as well as cross-functional stakeholders like the Product and Data teams. Based in our Paris office, you’ll be supported in your learning while contributing directly to impactful projects.
**‍ What you will do**:
**Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations**: user access, permissions, roles, and profiles.
Support Zenchef users via our Internal Request (IR) ticket system and solve real problems related to CRM usage.
Help train new and existing users by improving onboarding documentation and offering hands-on guidance.
Assist in maintaining and improving integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools like Chargebee, Ringover, and ZenchefOS.
Participate in the creation of no-code automations (Flows, validation rules) and support Apex developments.
Work on structured improvement projects to simplify processes and enhance data reliability.
Test and deploy updates safely, ensuring changes are scalable and maintainable.
Contribute to documenting processes and promoting autonomy among business teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**️ What you will bring to the table**:
You’re currently completing the final year of an Engineering School (or equivalent program).
You have strong logical reasoning and love solving real-world problems.
You enjoy collaborating with others and supporting teammates across departments.
You are fluent in French and comfortable reading and writing in English.
You’re curious about how tools like Salesforce, APIs, or automations can optimize business processes.
Experience in Excel, SQL, or basic programming (Python, JavaScript ) is a plus, but not required.
Most importantly, you’re eager to learn and make a concrete impact.
