As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will work across all three of our core divisions, supporting the Marketing Operations Manager (MOPs Manager) in the country activation of marcomms activities developed at the Regional level, and you will support the country marketing managers in the development and execution of country specific marcomms activities. This includes brand elevation and demand generation activities including, but not limited to, integrated marketing campaigns, event and program management, content development and digital acceleration, to achieve Hologic’s country and EMEAC growth targets.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will also develop and aligns marketing, marcomm and other associated processes or programs across the divisions and countries and consults on and optimizes commercial and marketing technology (martech) and operational programs to ensure the highest level of utilization, performance and efficiency across all divisions in all regions.
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Design, develop and execute fully integrated and multi-channel marketing communication programs with comprehensive content marketing for new and existing products and campaigns at the regional level
- Responsible for execution of congresses and tradeshows at country level working with Country Marketing Manager and MOPs Manager
- Design, develop and execute awareness campaigns and manage brand elevation program
- Develops new/updates existing collateral at the regional level including approvals
- Support, develop, and align marketing, marcom and other associated processes across the divisions and countries
- Consult on and optimise commercial and marketing technology (martech) and operational programs
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Experience (minimum 1-2 years) of Marketing Communications execution ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Experience in digital paid media campaigns, integrated marketing; SEM, lead/demand generations and account-based marketing
- Experience using analytics to drive programs and recommendations including use of Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot experience a plus
- Exceptional planning, organisational and project management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and to deadlines
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate with international teams and at all levels effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and lead country projects and campaigns
- Fluent English and French, any other European a benefit
