Rattaché(e) au responsable des plateformes eCommerce, au sein de l’équipe Digital Commerce de Lyreco, nous recherchons un(e) Product Owner pour prendre en charge de nouvelles fonctionnalités et optimiser le parcours transactionnel de nos clients B2B présents dans 25 pays à travers le monde.

En tant que Product Owner, votre rôle sera de:

- Construire les roadmaps produits en lien avec les représentants pays et les autres POs de l’équipe Digital Commerce via la collecte des besoins et la définition des fonctionnalités attendues.
- Se synchroniser avec les autres Product Owners métiers et l’équipe IT de Lyreco afin de garantir l’avancée des fondamentaux nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des fonctionnalités utilisées par nos clients.
- Collecter et arbitrer les priorités métiers.
- Garantir la qualité du produit
- S’assurer que les fonctionnalités développées répondent aux critères d’acceptance définis.
- Garantir que la solution produit satisfasse nos clients et réponde aux enjeux stratégiques de l’Entreprise
- Communiquer la vision produit, la roadmap des évolutions ainsi que le R.O.I associé auprès des équipes métiers et des stakeholders groupe et pays.

Les clés pour réussir dans cette mission,
- Une première expérience réussie d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire.
- Une bonne maitrise de l’univers du e-commerce. Une connaissance de l’univers B2B est plus.
- Connaissances en matière d’agilité et d’outils utilisés par les Product Owner.
- De la rigueur, de la curiosité, de l'adaptabilité et être capable de travailler de concert avec une grande diversité de métiers (marketing, logistique, finance ).
- Ce poste nécessite de travailler quotidiennement à l’international - un niveau d'anglais courant est exigé.
- Une connaissance de Jira et Confluence est un plus

Salaire : 40,00€ à 55,00€ par an
