G-YACHTS, a leader in luxury yachting services, is seeking an exceptional Marketing & Communication Manager to join our Monaco-based team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the prestige of our brand. You will play a key role in expanding our extensive client base and ensuring the highest level of communication and marketing support. This dynamic position requires a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to exceeding client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize multilingual skills daily to effectively engage with an international clientele.

Collaborate closely with the commercial team, providing strategic marketing support.

Develop a variety of high-quality marketing materials, including yacht brochures, itineraries, market studies, and reports.

Innovate and propose new marketing strategies and materials to expand our market reach.

Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, continuously searching for new business opportunities and avenues for client engagement.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

In-office position based in Monaco.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly valued.
