Our client, a distinguished individual based in Monaco, is looking to recruit a **refined and highly efficient Personal Assistant (M/F)** to support a fast-paced and international lifestyle. This permanent, office-based role involves collaboration with the Chief of Staff and a team of experienced assistants, with the opportunity to work directly with the principal after a period of training.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced PA to join an elite environment that demands discretion, proactivity, and a sharp sense of organization. The role involves frequent travel and the ability to accompany the principal during extended stays abroad.

The household includes a dog; comfort around pets is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex calendars and travel itineraries with fluidity and foresight
- Anticipate the principal’s needs and act proactively to ensure seamless daily operations
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines, without compromising quality
- Remain flexible and responsive to last-minute changes or urgent requests
- Provide full administrative support, including formatting documents, coordinating meetings, and managing logistics
- Travel with the principal when needed, maintaining the same level of discretion and efficiency
- Liaise with both internal staff and external stakeholders as part of a well-structured support team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-standard setting
- Strong sense of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities
- Flexible and available when needed — including occasional evenings and weekends
- Proficient with digital tools, especially Google Workspace and Apple products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within the role
- Fluency in English is an advantage; French is a plus

Work conditions

- **Schedule**: Full-time - 6 days/week, flexible availability required

Pay: 5,000.00€ per month
