We are looking for a permanent contract as a Regional EHS Manager Naturals Europe.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective management of all the EHS aspects within the region, functionally managing (dotted-line) local EHS Managers, and promoting the EHS culture across the organization for 6 sites in 4 countries ( France, Spain, Italy, and Morocco).

**Your missions**:

- Ensure to Manage all the EHS aspects within the region, functionally managing (dotted-line) local EHS Managers and promoting the EHS culture across the organization.
- Lead the implementation of Global EHS strategies, programs, projects, and Responsible Care Management System. Ensure an appropriate follow-up to and auditing for performance review and action planning/execution.
- Provide the leadership and talent development of the local EHS teams in the defined region in close collaboration with solid line management.
- Ensuring all regional sites are and remain within compliance across the EHS dimensions (governmental and Givaudan EHS requirements).
- Ensure EHS best practice exchanges and knowledge sharing between sites to deliver benefits to the organization.
- Foster strategic partnership and collaboration with the regional important partners and leadership teams.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent experience;
- Chemistry / EHS / Engineering or another related field;
- 10+ years of EHS professional experience, including 5 years in providing EHS expertise in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience working in a matrix organization and in translating strategies into actions;
- Experience managing managers;
- Broad experience in all EHS aspects in a local role: Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control, Root Cause Analysis, Emergency Management and Process Safety Management.
