We are recruiting a Regional Process Technology Expert Engineer F/M/D.
The position is based in Avignon.

As an expert within the Regional Operations team, you will coordinate and support naturals EAME Process Technology activities on various regional and local strategic initiatives. You will ensure operation project success by providing strong support to local Process Technology & Operation teams, and support integration activities of acquired business by building strong foundation in ways of working.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Coordination of Process Technology activities in EAME region for naturals products
Coordinate and support industrialization stages for new products, from lab prototype until OPS technical validation
Process / product improvement, change control management
Being the point of contact and support local Process Technology team of the region
Regional initiatives for improving the operating model
Activities workflow definition, implementation& improvement
Support to engineering projects

Support product, process & manufacturing technologies integration of acquired business
Being the point of contact and support local Process Technology team of acquired business.
Support local operation and Integration Project teams with integration preparation activities
Provide strong guidance and follow-up support to local Process Technology team post-integration during stabilization phase, including process technology related systems & processes troubleshooting, ways of working, identifying solution and knowledge transfer.

**Your profile**:

- Fluent in English and French
- Education: MSc in Food Process engineer or equivalent
- Experience: Industrialization or/and production in process industry (ideally food)
- Expert understanding manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (such as liquids/powder formulation, spray drying, Emulsions, L/S separations, extractions,), relevant to assigned area of activity.
- Personal attributes: Cross-functional team work, Analytical skill, Quality-oriented, Persuasive, Pragmatic
- Passion for success and positive, enthusiastic “can do” attitude
- Good knowledge in reporting systems (ERP) and knowledge in SAP
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (use of formulas and pivot tables for data analysis)
