You´ll have the opportunity to
- Organize Employer Branding activities, online and offline
- Build and maintain our university network
- Publish job ads on external platforms
- Support other HR areas such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Benefits, Coaching, Legal and Payroll
- Be able to answer the labour law questions and know where to look for them
- Cooperate with external providers such as recruitment agencies and employer branding agencies
- Cooperate within the admin tasks for new joiners

We bet on you, so we expect you to
- Have at least 2 years (5 years will be advantage) of experience in Recruitment and Employer Branding
- Know English and French very well
- Hold a bachelor or master’s degree
- Have top-notch MS Office skills
- Be an analytical person with an eye for detail
- Show curiosity for new topics and strong communication skills
- Organize your work independently and strive for self-development
- Be open for occasional business trips
