Within Envision Energy International France, under the hierarchical responsibility of the France Senior HR Manager or any other designated member of Envision’s International Europe HR Team, the HR Operations Specialist supports HR operations and compliance for France and other EU countries' entities. Key responsibilities include employee onboarding, contract preparation and signing, payroll processing, international mobility business and work visa management, social security declarations, and tax compliance.Key responsibilities:Employee Data ManagementOversee onboarding, transfers, and terminations.Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including workstation setup and orientation sessions.Employee Record MaintenanceEnsure personnel records are accurate and secure.Update employee records for changes in personal details, job titles, and salary adjustments.Payroll and BenefitsManage payroll processing and employee benefits.Process monthly payroll report and administer health insurance benefits.HR Systems SupportProvide assistance with HR technology and systems.Troubleshoot HR software issues and train employees on system usage.ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Conduct audits to verify adherence to employment laws.Employee InquiriesAddress employee questions and foster positive relations.Respond to inquiries about leave policies and resolve workplace conflicts.Visa ProcessAssist inpatriate with business/work visa applications.Process local payroll, social security declarations, and taxes for impatriates.Reporting and AnalyticsGenerate HR reports to support decision-making.Create monthly reports on turnover rates and present findings to management.Expense and Invoice ProcessingHandle HR-related expenses and invoice payments.Process invoices for recruitment agency fees and training programs.Recruitment SupportSupport the recruitment process, including:Posting job openings and coordinating with agencies.Organizing interviews and scheduling candidates.Collecting and consolidating interview feedback.Assisting with offer letters and pre-onboarding tasks.Variable Task SupportAssist with various HR and office management tasks as needed.Organize company events and manage office supplies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).HR Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.Recruitment: Proven experience in supporting recruitment processes and coordinating interviews.Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HR management software and payroll systems.International Mobility Management: Experience handling visa processes and expatriate payroll is an advantage.Reporting & Analytics: Demonstrated ability to create HR reports and present insights to management.Skills:Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High attention to detail and ability to work with discretion on confidential matters.Languages:English: Fluent (spoken and written, business level)French: Upper-intermediate to advanced (B2 or above) — able to communicate confidently in meetings, emails, and professional interactions.Chinese (Mandarin): Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.Personal Qualities:Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Well-presented, discreet, and adaptable.
