- Provide daily support on network infrastructure, PC (Windows and MAC), mobile devices (iOS and Android) in office and off-site locations.
- Support software and Hardware installation.
- Manage Backup and recovery administration.
- Ensure security and anti-virus control.
- Provide technical support and assistance to all business projects and system developments.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor Degree holder- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience- Experience in retail industry is a plus- Experience in networking infrastructure knowledge is an advantage- Experience in Cisco Meraki devices is desirable- Knowledge in ITIL standard in advance- Team player and team builder- Strong user orientation- Flexible and able to work under pressure- Good command of English language and preferably of a second language
