**Job Description: HR / operations Assistant - Rose Bakery**
**Position: Part-Time (3 days per week)**
**Location: Paris**

**About Rose Bakery**:
Rose Bakery is a dynamic and creative group, comprising restaurants, tea rooms, a takeaway shop, and an épicerie in Paris. We focus on organic, fresh, homemade products and provide a warm and authentic customer experience. To strengthen our HR team, we are seeking a part-time HR / operations assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an HR / operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily management of human resources and supporting the teams. Your main duties will include:

- **Administrative Support**: Handle employee records, manage contracts, track absences, holidays, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- **Employee Relations**: Ensure effective communication with teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all HR practices comply with current labor laws and internal company policies.
- **Day-to-Day Office Support**: Help with daily office tasks, providing support to the office team of operational managers and the office assistant.
- **Catering and Events Support**: Assist the catering and events team with organisation, order preparation, and order dispatching. Manage invoicing and follow up on payment recovery.

**Required Profile**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality or services sector.
- Strong knowledge of French labor laws and collective agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Ability to work independently while providing support to the team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in both French and English to communicate effectively with our international team.
- Prior experience in a multi-location organisation is a plus.

**Conditions**:

- Part-time position (3 days per week).
- Location: Paris 9th
- Salary: To be discussed based on experience.

Pay: 1,756.30€ - 2,018.70€ per month
