We are looking for a Business developer for the European market to join Bilberry team in France

**What You Will Do**

Bilberry team is developing a technology based on artificial intelligence that enables spot spraying in agriculture.
We work with local OEM and dealers to offer our spot spraying solution to the farmers. You will join the Bilberry team as business developer and key account manager for the European market.

**Duties include
**Key Account Management**:

- Developing and nurture solid relationships with the key accounts
- Leading monthly account management reviews internally with the team
- Preparing and sharing monthly newsletters with the key accounts
- Meeting with customers and prospects to create business opportunities, punctually provide assistance during on-site tests with farmers.
- Following up the new projects / sales with the team (support, supply, AI) in order to make sure that it’s properly delivered and the customer is satisfied
- Validating the invoices before sending to customers

**Business development**:

- Developing partnerships with European OEM and dealers to distribute our spot spraying solution
- Presenting Bilberry product to prospects by organizing introduction calls / meetings
- Take an active part in finding first end users in Europe
- Communicating and collaborating with the different teams internally (marketing, communication, product, AI, supply, support) to ensure that the clients’ needs are met.
- Preparing commercial offers and negotiating contracts with the clients
- Raising awareness of the Bilberry product: participation at trade shows, field days with farmers and prospects, media contents (ex: articles)
- Participating in the creation of price lists and ensure the annual update
- Participating in market analysis and go to market strategies
- Participating in the communication strategy (ex: company website update)

**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- A successful first experience in sales, ideally in a tech company.
- Passionate about tech and interested in agriculture and environmentally friendly technologies.
- Fluent in English and French, German is a bonus

**Travel : 30% of working time**

The office is located in Gentilly (94) in France
Working remotely is possible up to 2 days a week

In Trimble Agriculture, Bilberry is an innovative Agtech, whose ambition is to reduce the quantity of herbicide used worldwide by 80%.
