You join the COO (Chief Operating Office) team as an Operational Excellence Project Leader. The main responsibilities of this team include coordinating all outsourced services and ensuring continuous improvement of its processes.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
- Map the company’s processes and qualify their level of maturity;
- Manage the processes (documentation, indicators and performance measurement) ;
- Initiate reviews and optimization on key business processes;
- Implement action plans.
As an Operational Excellence Project Leader, you are part of the deployment of a culture of operational excellence within the company and actively contribute to simplifying and improving the operational processes of the various divisions. You are thus in contact with all the company’s management and at the heart of each department’s challenges, which allows you to develop an excellent understanding of its business lines.

You have at least 10 years of experience in similar positions.
You are familiar with:
- Project management techniques;
- Lean Six Sigma methodology, including process design;
- Measuring and monitoring operational performance;
- Workshop facilitation techniques.
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
- Known for your ability to work with others together;
- Valued for your listening and service skills
- Able to use your own mind-set to turn complex ideas into clear and effective solutions.
You master English with a B2 level.
