Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering. It has also recently grown with the acquisition of the Belgian company "Air Belgium." Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777Fs), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs that we own. As part of its development, the airline CMA CGM AIR CARGO is seeking a Manager of Operational Excellence for the Ground Operations department, based in Marseille or CDG (Charles de Gaulle Airport). Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Manager of Operational Excellence will have the primary mission of driving the continuous improvement process by ensuring the implementation and deployment of cross-functional projects covering operations, customer service, and procurement through robust processes. Through their expertise and experience, they will act as a key link within the managerial collective across the entire CCAC structure. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Business Processes Define, implement, and monitor operational and commercial processes and procedures. Develop business processes within the scope of operations, ensuring coordination with other entities (Ground Ops, PRM, Compliance, etc.). Draft procedures and manuals related to the activities within the scope (CHM, Cargo Acceptance Policy) in collaboration with CMA CGM Air Cargo entities. Performance Indicators (Monitoring subcontractors' and internal clients' performance): Define and monitor performance indicators. Implement improvement action plans and establish a continuous feedback loop with internal and external clients. **Project Management (PMO)**: Contribute to building business cases. Participate in drafting project charters. Coordinate project implementation (e.g., Pharma tracking, integration of A50 F aircraft into the fleet, and structural development projects such as opening new stations or launching charter flights). **PROFILE**: They should also have a strong aptitude for formalization in both French and English. **CONDITIONS**: Full-time position Based in Marseille or CDG Executive status with a fixed working hours arrangement
