Project Manager, Business Growth and Operational Excellence

We are recruiting a dynamic **Business Growth and Operational Excellence Project Manager** to join ICC’s Transformation Office and lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing product offerings and optimising marketing and business development operations.

**The role**
- **Project management**
- Create comprehensive business cases for proposed projects, including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and alignment with ICC’s strategic objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage operational and business development projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and high-quality services are delivered.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project effectiveness and operational performance.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- **Operational excellence implementation**
- Analyse current business processes, create detailed process maps, and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to assess process performance and pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Propose and design optimised business processes, recommending best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitisation, incorporating emerging technologies like RPA, AI, or BPM systems.
- Work with IT teams to assess technology requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, roles, responsibilities, and key dependencies.
- Establish frameworks to continuously monitor process performance post-implementation using KPIs and dashboards.
- **Business development and process excellence**
- Execute the implementation of business plan roadmaps, translating strategic objectives into actionable business development initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Lead projects to optimise business development strategies, results growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to activate go-to-market strategies for products and services, ensuring readiness and effective market entry.
- Drive operational excellence in business development enablement, pricing models, and end user experience, addressing challenges and providing hands-on support as needed.
- Monitor and assess the performance of products against defined KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to refine execution while staying attuned to market development.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management with a strong focus on operational excellence (business process analysis) and business development strategy (go-to-market, growth initiatives, sales strategies, product development), preferably within international organisations, strategy consultancies, or similar environments.
- Proven ability to implement operational excellence initiatives and business process improvements that have led to significant efficiency gains and organisational benefits.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Visio, Power BI).
- Project Management/Lean 6 Sigma certifications are highly desirable
