Ouest Partners, cabinet de chasse de têtes, spécialiste des métiers de l'industrie recrute un Area Sales Manager région Nord - Ile de France / Champagne / Benelux + UK pour une PME industrielle, concevant et produisant des équipements viticoles et vinicoles.

**Votre mission**

Rattaché à la Direction Commerciale, vous avez pour mission le développement commercial de la gammes équipements viticoles & vinicoles de notre client.

A ce titre, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Animer le réseau de concessionnaires et d’agents afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes de produits et de services.
- Accompagner les commerciaux de concessionnaires auprès des caves particulières.
- Proposer et participer au développement des connaissances et compétences des collaborateurs du réseau.
- Assurer la prospection et la vente des produits (standards et spécifiques) et services
- Etablir votre BP, définir les moyens nécessaires et piloter votre démarche avec l'appui du chef des ventes
- Assurer une veille permanente sur votre marché (concurrence, parts de marché, évolution du marché).

**Votre profil**

De formation et/ou sensibilité Oenologue idéalement, ingénieur ou école de commerce avec des solides bases en œnologie.

Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en développement commercial à l'export idéalement dans l'industrie viti/vinicole. L'anglais courant serait un plus

Le poste exige de la mobilité à votre poste avec des zones Benelux + UK en gestion au-delà de la France
