Key Account Manager H/F (Saint-Ouen (Paris), 93, FR, 93400)
**Key responsibilities/What you do**:
Working within the French Sales team your main responsibility will be to attract and develop profitable and successful new business with a very autonomous and proactive approch as well as partners with new and existing stakeholders and cross departmental team to reach our targets. You will manage and overseeing the entire sales process.
As a Key account manager, you will report to the Brokers Head of Sales and you will:
Develop and implement a sales strategy and prospect list
Identify, attract, negotiate and close new opportunities with new and existing partners tender requests
Build a comprehensive network within the industry
Build an understanding of key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutions suiting the market trends and partners business needs
Cooperate, coordinate, problem solve and manage internal and external stakeholders across all areas of the organization to ensure that the new business targets are achieved
**Key requirements/What you bring**:
- University Degree (4/5) and proven experience as a KAM or similar role within the Insurance / Assistance business (10+ years)
- Strong network within the automotive industry
- Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings
- Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence, persuade and present on senior level
- Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge
- Fluent in French, English (written and spoken),
