Le site de Toulouse est en charge de l’ingénierie de systèmes satellites, de la conception et réalisation de charges utiles ainsi que du développement et la qualification de segments sol, il intègre un centre de recherche et un accélérateur industriel de start-up et ventures.

**YOUR DAILY LIFE**

Within the Sales and Marketing entity, the European Space Agency (ESA) Sales team is focusing on ESA institutional Telecommunication, Earth Observation, Exploration, Science, Space Safety, Space Transport and Technologies domains.

Present job vacancy is related to the management of the ESA telecom domain Sales including ARTES and IRIS²/ESA programmes, reporting to VP ESA Strategic Account.

**It covers the following activities**:

- ** TELECOM COMMERCIAL STRATEGY -** In coherence with TAS commercial and export strategy, and Telecom BL strategy:

- Plan and monitor the sequence of ESA telecom offers
- Prepare TAS telecom position for the ESA Ministerial Councils
- Support the ESA Account Management
- Define and implement European Repartition of TAS Telecom industrial activities
- ** ESA TELECOM SALES** - In coherence with TAS commercial and financial targets manage the ESA Sales telecom team in France and coordinate with ESA Telecom Sales Manager in Italy:

- Plan and manage ESA telecom Order In Take pipeline ensuring growth
- Develop new opportunities, implement Change Notices
- According to Thales process anticipate:

- Implement Chorus Manage Bids process to anticipate, create, prepare, submit and negotiate TAS offers in response to Invitation To Tenders (ITTs)
- Prepare the commercial and contractual part of the proposals
- Submit and negotiate TAS offers in response to ITTs
- Based on customer survey, customer feedback, internal lessons learnt ensure high quality, competitiveness and timely submission of proposals
- ** ONE VOICE TO THE CUSTOMER**:

- Ensure one voice to ESA customer in the telecom domain according to ESA customer mapping

**YOUR PROFILE**

**You have a 5-year degree from an engineering or business school, and significant experience in a sales position.**

**Your skills**:

- Telecom knowledge at system level
- Familiar with European Space Agency business
- Capable to rapidly acquire a global vision, to be synthetic, to communicate clear messages
- Open minded, keen to listen and to build trust with customer
- Able to federate proposals and to propose common solutions
- Excellent Team and collaboration spirit
- Excellent oral and written English

Position is located in Toulouse, with regular travels in Europe
