Marketing Manager, New Indications, Oncology

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other types of solid cancers.
To support our team in France we are looking for a
**Marketing Manager**
In this role as Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan for France in line with the global marketing approach. You will work in close collaboration with Novocure's global and regional marketing teams based in Switzerland for the launch of new product indications.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our upcoming oncology indications in collaboration with EMEA & Global Marketing, EMEA Launch Lead, and Medical Affairs
Develop, implement and manage annual marketing plans
Adapt messages and launch campaigns to the needs and requirements of the French market, supervise and support implementation
Adapt and develop promotional initiatives and educational material for key customer segments
Your profile:
BAC+ level (scientific and commercial)
Product or indication launch experience is a must
Experience in marketing within the Oncology space is ideal
Fluency in French is a necessity as well as fluency in English, since communication with Global/regional offices is primarily in that language
Good command of CRMs and an interest in digital and multi-channel solutions
Please note that this role is a hybrid position, requiring in-office work ideally three times a week (Boulogne-Billancourt area). It also involves traveling up to 30% of the time.
