Notre client recherche **un(e) Sales Manager - Formulation Thermoplastiques & Thermodurcissables - Nord France**.

Un profile dynamique, orienté client avec une solide expérience technique et commerciale pour une gamme de matières premières destinées à la formulation de polymères thermoplastiques et thermodurcissables.

Vous assurez la gestion d’un portefeuille de clients et d’une gamme de produits existants et prospecter de nouveaux clients/marchés.

Poste Rattaché au **Commercial Manager de la Business Unit Advanced Materials.**

**Les Missions - Les Responsabilités**

**Développement commercial**
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients sur la moitié nord de la France
- Prospecter et identifier de nouvelles opportunités industrielles
- Analyser les besoins des clients et leur proposer des solutions techniques adaptées

**Expertise technique & relation fournisseurs**
- Promouvoir et conseiller sur nos gammes de matières premières pour la formulation
- Assurer un support technique auprès des clients pour optimiser leurs formulations
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et assurer le reporting des opportunités de marché

**Suivi des performances & stratégie**
- Piloter les indicateurs de performance et analyser les ventes
- Mettre en place des actions commerciales adaptées aux besoins des marchés
- Travailler en synergie avec l’équipe

**Qualification et Expérience**:

- Formation supérieure technique (Bac+2 à Bac+5) idéalement **en plasturgie, chimie des matériaux ou formulation**:

- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans la vente de produits chimiques ou plastiques
- Connaissance des thermoplastiques et/ou thermodurcissables souhaitée
- Fortes compétences et appétences commerciales, autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Pack Office, CRM, ERP
- Anglais courant (échanges avec fournisseurs internationaux)
- Déplacements fréquents en France (~50 % du temps)

Pay: 52,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
