The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management. **Reporting into EMEA OCM Lead and based in our headquarter in La Défense, this role offers hybrid work model**

**Your role**:

- **Drive France OCM growth**:**
- Drive and support the development of OCM capabilities
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings related to OCM
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance OCM expertise and competitiveness
- **Grow France OCM business through becoming trusted advisor**:

- Lead and deliver advisory engagements to gain mindshare of the client teams and influence sizable downstream revenues
- Evangelize and promote OCM capabilities internally and externally
- Drive business development and growth of OCM pipeline in France, with a particular focus on current program / clients in France
- **Deliver large-scale Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs in French accounts**:

- Mobilize OCM programs ensuring they are set up for success and personally lead critical client engagements.
- Lead and deliver OCM programs involving multiple service lines, including stakeholder management, change communication, and training and development.
- **Build a strong France OCM Consulting team**:

- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development through ongoing training, research, and collaboration.
- Collaborating with other OCM practice leads to cross-leverage methodologies, frameworks, intellectual property, and accelerators.
- Providing leadership, coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members, demonstrating a proven track record of team followership, positive feedback, and successful personal development.
- Nurture and develop effective collaboration with other horizontal and vertical consulting practices in France as well as with the wider Global/EMEA OCM consulting team

**Your profile**
- 15+ years of experience in deep domain or extensive cross-sector business management, including the creation and go-to-market execution of practice offers in Change Management
- A successful track record of setting and achieving engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving an organization of professional consultants in winning business and achieving financial targets.
- International experience supporting or driving global initiatives is a plus.
- Experience in building results-oriented, high-performing consulting teams or organizations recognized for excellence.
- Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes.
