**What you’ll be doing**:
**Join AXA as Head of Procurement & Real Estate**
Are you ready to lead procurement and real estate strategies within a leading organization? Take on this exciting challenge in France, Malakoff
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize the real estate portfolio, negotiate leases, and oversee site management.
- Lead a multicultural team of 17 professionals (procurement, real estate, offshore).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure advantageous conditions.
- Monitor market trends to identify savings and innovation opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all processes.
- Deploy and optimize procurement tools (Coupa, ContractIn, TPRM).
- Establish KPIs to measure performance and present results to executive management.
- Actively participate in the AXA Procurement community to leverage Group strength.
- Manage a budget of €240 million across 12 countries.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Advanced degree in management, real estate, or supply chain (professional certifications preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and/or real estate, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and complex project execution.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and inspiring leadership.
- Knowledge of financial and real estate regulations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
