**Senior Change Operational Management - Strasbourg - EU Public Organisations**

**Tasks**
- Coperational change management activities to ensure effective service management
- Make improvements to the operational change management process on a regular basis, aiming for consistent, on-time validation of changes
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout the service delivery process within area of operational change management
- Coordinate and ensure quality of operational documentation review and delivery
- Build and maintains strong relationships with operational peers to oversee and ensure all service lines are provided in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

**Additional Tasks**
- Provide expert input, direction, approval and closure regarding Tasks and Change Requests in ITSM tool
- Perform Post Implementation Review (PIR) on documentation related to Operational Request for Changes (RFCs) within ITSM tool
- Support and improve in change management process and procedures
- Support the Configuration Management process if needed
- Participate in Risk and Impact analysis inside the change management process
- Participate in documentation update and provisio
- Validating operational and deployment/rollback procedures
- Identifying needs and leads improvements to the above transition and relevant lifecycle management processes, including the introduction of automation and support tools.
- Developing and organising trainings in relation to his/her duties for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gathering and reporting on detailed performance data against key indicators to generate actionable improvements to the quality of services offered.
- Supporting horizontal tasks of the Unit and liaising with other Units and teams as needed.

**Education Requirements**

Minimum 4 years of education (master's degree or equivalent), after the secondary school.

**Job Requirements**

**Minimum Experience Requirements**

Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience.

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in change management area or other ITSM process.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills**
- Certification in ITIL/ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation or/and ITIL Specialist.
- Working experience in ITSM ticketing tool.
- Certification in Change Management is considered an asset.
- Certification in DevOps Fundamentals or Foundation is considered an asset.
- Certification in Prince 2 and/or Agile methodologies is considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Highly organized and with strong collaboration skills.
