Within Communication, Brand and Sustainability, you will join the Group Sustainability team as Environmental and Social Impact Intern.

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Supporting the team on research, and analysis to contribute to strategy definition, project scoping, speaking opportunities preparation, etc.
- Gathering and formalizing information on Sustainability topics such as Inclusive Protection (including ‘Women in insurance initiative’), Transition & Adaptation Insurance and Responsible Savings across the Group.
- Benchmarking internally and externally to identify and leverage best practices (including for instance summary of webinars or reports)
- Participating in data collection & analysing KPIs against environmental targets
- Contributing to AXA’s environmental footprint reporting and AXA participation in voluntary ESG surveys.

**YOUR PROFILE**

**Who You Are**

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Business School, University, or Engineering School, seeking a 6-month internship.
- Fully fluent in English and French (oral and written); additional languages like Spanish or German are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Multi-tasks oriented and capacity to prioritize and deliver results within a given time.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability issues is a big advantage.
