**International Business Manager**

The International Business Manager provides support to the International commercial teams in all areas to make them work more efficiently & effectively with the aim of optimising the overall commercial performance.

The primary mission is to manage the data streams and tools as effective as possible ensuring the international commercial teams have accurate and complete information in order to work effectively and efficiently.

**MISSIONS**
- Supporting role in maintaining and further developing of the monthly (internal) reporting in the IKA App. This reporting includes fleet size and fleet development across all international clients across all Ayvens countries, order bank and order intake, GAP and insurance reporting.
- Drive automation of the international reporting capabilities as much as possible
- Automate the consolidation of local data for client bespoke reporting
- Monitor, challenge data quality and make process improvements
- Provide training and further enhance the usage of the IKA App
- Consolidate and integrate data from different sources/ tools in order to provide full and insightful management information
- Identify & implement improvement opportunities that drive value and commercial effectiveness
- Consolidation and validation of data for client bonusses, ensuring payment of these bonusses and arrange for recharges to the Ayvens countries where needed. Close collaboration with accounting department. Automation of the process and reporting.
- Providing countries with quarterly overviews of accruals/provisions to be made for vehicle deliveries in an upfront bonus structure
- Consolidation of open calculation (product) results in the countries
- Support International Account Managers with consolidation other key commercial data as/ when necessary
- Providing data for internal control/ audits

- Carry out any other such duties as the company may reasonably expect from time to time.
- Participation in the operation of the International Key Accounts team
- Active participation in all meetings of the International Key Accounts team
- Support of colleagues, both Ayvens international and local colleagues

**Education / knowledge**
- Business school or university degree graduate
- Understanding financial and commercial business models

**Skills**
- Fluent English
- Microsoft Power BI
- Excel high proficiency (advanced Formula’s, Queries, Macros)

**Experience**
- Experience in international role is a plus
- Data management experience
- Should be business-driven
