Join Euroapi to lead the business development and sales of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Our team serves customers in over eighty countries, promoting, growing and optimising the sales and margin of Euroapi's portfolio. You will be motivated by our customers, developing your market knowledge and relationships to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join EUROAPI’s Marketing and Commercial Development team on an internship 6 months or a 1-year apprenticeship (renewable), in the role of CRM & Marketing Data Specialist Assistant, in our Paris head office.

Reporting to the CRM & Data Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of the CRM system and help analyze sales data to generate insightful reports for the sales and marketing teams.

Your missions:

- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Deal with requests and incidents, acting as the direct interlocutor with ITS function (through ServiceNow) to resolve business-impacting issues.
- Perform data analysis to generate reports on sales team performance and customer engagement metrics (KPI Dashboard customization according to end-to-end process needs for API & CDMO)
- Build linkage and traceability on Lead to Cash process to understand which prospects are resulting in a business
- Contribute to the cleansing, organization and updates of CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Manage master data, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with other systems (SAP, Supply tool )
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements for business insights.
- Support the Sales Teams and develop up-to-date training to keep users updated on CRM new features.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM features, marketing trends, and industry best practices.

This internship or apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in CRM Management, marketing automation, and data analysis while collaborating with experienced professionals and learning best practices in a real-world business environment.

The perimeter will cover both API & CDMO Business Units.

Our requirements

Studying towards a degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Administration, Marketing (data management)

Autonomous and structured

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Curious, solution-oriented, and focused on problem-solving

Good understanding of IT tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Databases)

Good level in French & English
