This role will allow you to work on CRM activations, client analysis, and targeting. By the end of this internship, you will have contributed to the development and implementation of client analysis and activation projects at a global scale. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Support the team in building CRM campaigns and client programs from briefing and targeting to implementation and analysis. - Contribute to the development of dashboards and analysis aimed at understanding our clients' behavior and expectations: launches, customer journey, purchasing behavior... - Produce presentation materials and reports to communicate insights and omnichannel activation plans internally. - Take ownership of end-to-end project management for specific client topics: identify available options to meet with client needs, write brief and coordinate implementation. - This list is non-exhaustive and may vary depending on current projects._ **Your key interlocutors for all of the above**: - Communication/ Marketing Team. - E-commerce/E-merchandising Team. - Retail Teams. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER** - You have strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication. - You are proactive and curious, with a can-do attitude. - You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects’ time wisely in a fast-paced environment. - You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and willing to work on numerous analyses. - You have a high affinity to luxury and beauty industry, this is a strong plus. **WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO** *** - You are a Bachelor/Master's student in a Business school or equivalent, looking for a gap-year or end-of-study internship. - You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university. - You have a first experience in Digital and/or CRM preferred. - You are MS Office proficient. - You are** fluent in French** and English. **OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU** - We will onboard you in our fantastic sensorial adventure. - You will work in a flexible and agile working environment, surrounded by great people. - You will be part of our lively Interns community. - We strongly encourage test & learn mindsets from our interns. - You will be equipped with a Linkedin Learning license to boost your learning experience. - You will be able to know your impact and measure your success. **_
