We are excited to meet you and for you to join us in shaping the future of the logistics industry in Europe._ **ABOUT THE ROLE** **As a AR/Billing Analyst** you'll work on interesting responsibilities and play a crucial role in the organisation **. You'll be collaborating closely with our** internal teams and external stakeholders to** manage large and medium accounts**.** **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL** - Manage large and medium accounts (customer relationship, invoice dispute management, billing, payment tracking, customer portfolio management) - Monitor the billing cycle (outstanding amounts to be deferred, payment forecast, billing delays) - Collect the cash (monitoring of payments and ensuring on time payment, sending reminders, collaboration with our sales and operational teams for support) - Support the financial accounting team - Act as a customer service representative (shippers payment issues, validation of new customer accounts, formal notice and information of any kind) - Improve the current Order to Cash process, create/improve SOPs - Ad hoc AR projects and analysis **PREFERABLY YOU HAVE/ARE** - 0-2 years experience in a similar role. You've gained AR best practices in the industry and are ready to implement them at Sennder - A finance / accounting background, or a BTS level - Autonomous but a great team player, you have great interpersonal skills and are ready to bring your enthusiasm with the other members of the team - Analytical skills and know how to find creative solutions when new problems emerge - Excellent Excel skills and can build monitoring tools and reports - Fluent in French and English **ABOUT sennder** sennder is moving trucks with the power of data to unlock endless and sustainable capacity at unparalleled quality.
