As Logistics Coordinator in our Catering Systems division, you will hold the following key result responsibility:

- Coordinate the day-to-day logistics and ensure that material / equipment is delivered as per agreed schedules.

Additionally, you will also hold the following specific responsibilities:

- Ensure that the progress is updated daily.
- Communicate with the supervisors to collect their logistic requests and inform them about the updated situation.
- Communicate with the Logistic Department to exchange the updated logistic information.
- Ensure that materials delivered to site are properly identified, safely handled and stored to prevent loss, damages and/or injury.
- Check deliveries, collect PODs and report to the installation team and logistic department.
- Manage the storage areas given by the yard.
- Support and assist the supervision team for dedicated tasks.

- Good command of English
- Good command of French
- Good knowledge of Excel software
- Initiative, reactivity, pro-active attitude
- Sense of responsibility and very well organized
- Adaptability to a time-to-time stressful environment, team spirit
