Reporting to the Production Lead

** Providing administrative support for the production team**: confirming orders

Communication with the supply chain to ensure the correct information is provided.

Processing data and requests within our database system.

Tracking of products to suppliers and back to warehouse

Attend training sessions to understand our data systems.

Communicate with all the suppliers to gather the required information.

Liaison with DCSM finance team to ensure all suppliers are “onboarded” and ready to receive orders and receive payments.

Provide a core resource for the co-ordination of the project management team.

Provide support, local knowledge and solutions to assist with the co-ordination of the team.

Working alongside the programme manager to manage the resourcing and tasking of the core PM team.

Assist all DCSM functions (production and ops) as requested.

Understand the risks and manage a risk register within your “sphere of influence” to enable the wider team to mitigate those risks.

Management of client expectations through clear communication and co-ordination: creating presentations and documents for the client.

Maintain standards of decorum and presentation

Support the Social and Sustainability manage to engage our team in our social purpose ambitions and the second life and legacy of the Look of the Games
