**TA MISSION**

Tu es le **chef d’orchestre de notre développement commercial**. Concrètement:

- **Piloter la stratégie commerciale DPC** : fixation d’objectifs, plan d’action, reporting
- **Manager et faire monter une équipe de commerciaux** : recrutement, formation, coaching au quotidien
- **Analyser les KPI**, ajuster en temps réel et structurer une machine de vente scalable
- **Participer activement à la prospection grands comptes** et développer des partenariats stratégiques
- **Travailler en lien direct avec la direction** pour aligner vision, stratégie produit et terrain
- Être le **référent DPC** côté vente

**TON PROFIL**
- Tu as **au moins 2 à 3 ans en vente B2B**, dont **1 an en management d’équipe commerciale**:

- Tu **connais bien le DPC** ou l’environnement de la formation santé (atout ++)
- Tu es à la fois **stratégique et opérationnel(le)** : tu construis, tu vends, tu motives
- Tu sais **coacher**, **driver**, **booster**, et tu sais surtout **donner envie**:

- Tu veux un job où **ça avance vite**, avec une **liberté d’action réelle**, pas juste une fiche de poste figée

Rémunération : 25 800,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an

- Du lundi au vendredi
- Heures supplémentaires
