The Sales Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for Field Sales Representatives in our Bioprocess (BPS) division to initiate and complete administrative tasks associated with their territory management responsibilities. Provide quality, professional and results driven service to Sales Team.

**What you will accomplish together with us**:

- Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Quotation (RFQ) Administration.
- Quotation preparation
- Literature and Sampling administration
- Lead Management
- Coordination and tracking questionnaires
- Price List Maintenance
- Sales Reporting
- Creation of Customer Master Data
- Special Projects and cooperation with Business Improvement

**What will convince us**:

- Qualification-Diploma degree or above
- One year work experience is preferred
- Good command in both written & spoken English, proficient at office computer skills
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic individual with good teamwork
- Fluent in English
