Unison Global's Cost Engineering team—formerly PRICE® Systems—is a market leader in model-based cost estimation. Our TruePlanning® software empowers defense, aerospace, automotive, and public sector organizations to deliver faster, more credible, and data-driven cost, schedule, and effort estimates. We serve top-tier clients including Airbus, Thales, BAE Systems, and government agencies across Europe, UK, and APAC regions.
**Role Overview**
The Regional Director of Strategic Accounts is a senior customer-facing leader responsible for driving growth and value delivery in key international accounts. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Customer Delivery, and Product teams to expand value, influence strategy, and support team execution across the region.
This role will be a key partner to the US-based Business Unit Leader in executing our global strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Account Growth & Commercial Partnership**
- Own executive relationships for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts in the UK, Europe, and APAC.
- Drive strategic account planning, value realization, and retention in coordination with global CS and Sales teams.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Delivery to align on delivery, measurable outcomes, and expansion strategy.
- Support renewal optimization and upsell strategies.
- Represent regional customer needs and insights in internal discussions on account strategy, retention risks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate deep customer knowledge into actionable insights about emerging segments and unmet needs.
- Influence the TruePlanning® roadmap by providing feedback on international priorities and usability needs.
- Shape regional value proposition messaging to resonate with diverse international stakeholders.
- Support regional visibility and positioning through client success stories, webinars, and speaking engagements.
**Regional Leadership**
- Serve as a trusted partner to regional Sales and Customer Success team members.
- Help coordinate goals, cross-functional alignment, and local execution.
- Act as a cultural and operational bridge between international teams and global leadership.
- Collaborate with the BU Leader to support go-to-market strategy and market development efforts based on customer needs.
Qualifications:
**Key Requirements**
- 10+ years in senior roles across Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, or Business Development.
- Demonstrated success in growing complex enterprise accounts and managing senior customer relationships across global and multicultural settings.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, with or without direct line management.
- Experience working with aerospace, defense, automotive, or engineering-led organizations is preferred.
- Fluent in English and French; German a plus.
**Preferred Experience**
- Familiarity with government procurement, cost estimation, and finance practices relevant to aerospace, defense, and public-sector organizations in the EU and APAC regions.
- Experience working with AI-enabled software or a strong understanding of how AI can support business transformation, customer workflows, or cost analysis.
