L’agence DERICHEBOURG Intérim de BEAUVAIS (60) recherche pour un de ses clients dans le secteur de l’industrie, basé à BRUYERES SUR OISE (60) un Customer service représentative H/F

Customer service représentative

**Vos missions**:

- Enregistrer les commandes Clients
- Gérer les démarrages de formats en fonction des spécificités appros, qualité (nouveaux formats, charge outils...).
- Saisir les besoins prévisionnels de ses clients dans le système IT
- Gérer les arrêts formats avec le client et les approvisionneurs (bilan métal).
- Effectuer le calage des besoins si nécessaire.
- Tenir et mettre à jour la fiche Client.
- Coordonner l’avancement de la commande avec les différents intervenants
- Veiller au respect du plan de vente et à la cohérence des engagements (délais, prix, rétroactivité, faisabilité).
- Anticiper les actions à engager en cas de non-tenue des délais (remontée d’informations, intervention auprès des interlocuteurs concernés.
- Gérer des Produits Finis et Bobines Mères sans commande avec le Responsable des Achats Métal en s’assurant qu’aucun stock ne dépasse 3 Mois d’ancienneté.
- Analyser et enregistrer les litiges techniques et commerciaux
- Collaborer avec le vendeur à la gestion des impayés en s’assurant qu’il n’y ait pas d’impayés supérieurs à 10 jours.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous bénéficiez d’une **expérience de 3 à 5 ans** dans ce domaine.

La connaissance de l’outil SAP est appréciable

La capacité à réaliser des Reportings sous Excel est appréciée.

Le poste est en journée du lundi au vendredi

**Salaire**:
