**Sharelock's mission is to massively unlock bicycle usage, solving the secured parking challenge, at scale. Sharelock develops, deploys and operates the first shared lock solution in the world in partnership with city authorities and mobility operators to massively enable active mobility. Based on mobility expertise and proprietary data,Sharelock also develops a highly disruptive insurance solution. Through both solutions, Sharelock gathers unique personal mobility data.**
To cater for sustainable development imperatives, public policies fostering bicycle usage have flourished since the 2000’s. If most of those policies have been focusing on equipment and cycling lanes, only limited attention has been given to secured parking, despite being at the very core of the bicycle system. Starting from the fact that parking and theft constitute the key obstacle to bicycle usage in cities, Nicolas LOUVET and Alexandre MOLLA, both fiercely passionate about mobility, have launched SHARELOCK, an innovative response to the secured parking challenge at scale, in particular for bicycles.
The Operations Manager is in charge of the operational excellence of SHARELOCK's operations, in particular the deployment and management of the network of installed locks, as well as the implementation and management of user support.
**Your key missions**
- Development of deployment and maintenance processes for the lock network, including procurement, storage and installation aspects, in collaboration with our industrial partners
- Development of analysis and reporting tools
- Management of relationships with local partners
- Process design, implementation and management of user support
- Contribute to the development of operational processes based on field experience in order to prepare the scaling of our solution and the launch of several cities
- Contribute to corporate issues in direct relation with the CEO (fund raising, investor reporting...)
- Analyst experience in consulting and/or banking
- Operational positions in industry
- Operational experience in a start-up environment
- Entrepreneurship or similar
**Specific skills**:
- Good knowledge of analytical tools
- Ability to work in ambiguity, autonomy and adaptability
- High level of reliability and high standards
