Le responsable de l’équipe FP&A du site de Cernay mets en œuvre et fait évoluer le Contrôle de Gestion de l’usine de Cernay, tout en établissant les états financiers mensuels et les reportings internes et externes. Il manage et développe les compétences de l’équipe d’analystes du site.

MISSIONS
- Assure la pertinence du système de Contrôle de gestion et l’exactitude des coûts standards.
- Etablit les résultats financiers mensuels et prépare les reportings associés.
- Planifie, prépare et réalise les budgets annuels et les révisions mensuelles.
- Réalise des analyses financières.
- Développe et fait évoluer les outils de reporting en lien avec les besoins du business afin d’améliorer la qualité des décisions opérationnelles.
- Assure le contrôle et la valorisation des stocks et en-cours (réconciliations des transactions, organisation et suivi des inventaires tournants et annuels, calcul des dépréciations, suivi des scraps).
- Mets en œuvre et maintiens les procédures de Contrôle de gestion du groupe Emerson
- Optimise les outils et méthodes de travail du service
- Assure le management de l’équipe et le développement des collaborateurs
- Assure sa propre sécurité en respectant les règles générales HSE en vigueur dans les sites Emerson et pour son poste de travail (fiche de poste, procédures et modes opératoires HSE applicables).
- Signale au département Qualité Hygène Sécurité Environnement ou à son superviseur tout événement ayant un risque sécurité et/ou environnemental envers soi ou pour les autres.
- Respecte les délais demandés, les notions de sécurité et de qualité. Garantit le bon avancement du planning des affaires en gardant une bonne communication avec les différents intervenants.
- Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et analytique, et de la Gestion financière
- Connaissances dans les systèmes de gestion intégrés (Oracle)
- Expertise dans l’utilisation des logiciels de bureautique (Excel, PowerBI)
- Connaissances dans les logiciels de consolidation financière (Hyperion)
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Management d’équipes
- Anglais courant lu, écrit et parlé
