Training & Education Manager (M/w/d)

Tasks
- Understand and implement the group's development strategy, formulate the Education & Training development plans that meet the needs of the regional markets and help achieve performance goals.
- According to the company’s business needs, establish a hierarchical education and training system and curriculum system for overseas direct selling business.
- Strengthen the innovation and exploration of education and training methods, coordinate the development of regional training courses, and widely adopt various education and training methods to improve training effects and conversion rates.
- Establish a modern online and offline services tool, promote and increase the number of the new distributors from the online group communities; promote the rapid conversion of public domain traffic.
- Build a team of lecturers/speaker, strengthen the training, selection and recruitment of lecturers, and strengthen the evaluation and management of lecturers' effects.
- Online and Offline events organization and moderating for the events.
- Build an overseas social empowerment system, help overseas online channels to undertake and transform, build a social ecology, and help the development of overseas direct selling markets。

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in training, public speaking and event management or similar studies
2. 5+ Years experience in training and event organization
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong teamwork abilities; Friendly and approachable.
5. Excellent speaking and writing in local and English languages.
6. Being experienced in Direct Selling is a plus.
