Role Description

The International Training Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Paris. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales and retail teams. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, supporting staff development, and collaborating with team leaders to identify training needs. The International Training Manager will also provide one-on-one coaching to employees and develop sales strategies to optimize performance and uphold Baccarat's high standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development, Employee Training, and designing effective training programs
  • Strong skills in Coaching and mentorship to guide and support employee growth
  • Experience in Sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue and align with brand values
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Global perspective and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is an asset
