Talent Acquisition Partner (French / English)

**Description du poste**

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Recruiter fluent in both French and English, with a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the Go-to-Market (GTM) sector. If you have a track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and can provide strategic insights, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead talent acquisition for our France region.

**Responsabilités principales**

You will be part of a global team, collaborating with hiring managers, business leaders, and other recruiters across regions. You will work directly under a results-driven manager who values autonomy and provides clear guidance while expecting regular progress updates. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in recruitment, especially in the GTM sector.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
