Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven People Ops Manager EMEA with experience working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for people operations for Europe and the Middle East.

**In this role, you will**:

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding administrative support
- Ensure first level of support to Dataiku employees
- Closely work with other People teams and design processes to ensure smooth collaboration
- Automate and streamline processes leveraging our current tools (mostly Workday, Fresh Service )
- Ensure we are compliant in all the EMEA regions
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
- Manage and grow a team of 3 people

**You might be a good fit, if you have**:

- 7+ years oof hands-on experience in the HR Admin field
- A strong knowledge of local labor laws and requirements (French expertise is a must, another country in EMEA is a plus)
- The ability to work well independently and as a team member in a time sensitive environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong work ethics and moral
- The ability to work in an international environment
- Rigorous, well organized, and you embrace multitasking and problem solving
- You are fluent in French and English
